FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I strive to be fair with my pricing, but realistic as possible. the fact of the matter is, quality work is not cheap and cheap work is never worth the price. it has taken me over 20 years to learn my trade and your paying for my knowledge and skills.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I try to get every new customer to understand the process that is going to take place and that first and foremost I want to make sure that their project will be completed as close to what they want as possible.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I worked for a classic home builder for many years learning the trades I perform now. I also try to attend manufacturer expos and training classes whenever I can to learn how to properly install and service the products and materials I work with everyday.
