Thank you so much for your work. Needed locks changed due to old crack head roommate having keys and he came and rekeyed them at the date and time I requested and did entire job in 15 minutes.

Steve was a true professional. He responded right away and we set an appoint to change to electronic locks. He was very knowledgeable, extremely efficient and changed the locks while explaining how we can use the locks without any problems. Definitely would only use On Time Locksmith again.

I ask Steve and his employee to leave an invoice with my employee as I was not there . he lied and said he did which was not true… I asked them to send my an invoice via email they refused to reply to me and proceeded to block my number . I know this to be a fact because I call from with another number and Steve pretend he didn’t do so and says he doesn’t now why my call or message were not going though . I didn’t do an in-depth research on the company so this is my fault as I needed someone to put the locked on very quickly. I paid close to 800$ just to get locks on as I need to rehire new techs to fix the damages they did. They also didn’t complete the job I noticed this when I got there the next day .! I WILL NEVER USE THEM I WOULD NEVER Recommend them to any one . I think there revises are FAKE. Steve and his employees are just liars I will not do business with them again .. I do not recommend . - [ ] Installed the keypad incorrectly - [ ] Bad Communication - [ ] Job was not complete - [ ] Did not fit key pad to door properly - [ ] Did not check before leave if they doors closed properly - [ ] Would not send me a invoice or digital invoice - [ ] Blocked my number after I called for assistants & then lied when I called him on another number
