I am new to the Deland area so finding companies that are reliable has been difficult. I can not say enough good things about this company! My fence broke and I called the company who installed it numerous times. I finally gave up and thank goodness I found this company. They fixed my fence and helped me with a ton of projects around the house!! Painting, putting furniture together, hanging curtains, pictures, and light fixtures. They are super responsive and work with your schedule. Neo is the BEST. I will be using this company moving forward. I am telling you call them!! They do it all.

Sunshine maintenance Pros did a great job. I needed someone to install a commercial dishwasher at my restaurant. I received several quotes by other companies which costed about the same as Sunshine maintenance, however with other companies I would also have to hire an electrician, and a plumber to complete installation. With Sunshine Maintenance Pros it was one company and they did it all. Showed up on time, patient with my busy kitchen crew, knowledgeable, just over all recommend for tough jobs. I will gladly use them again. Merrill was amazing, and his side kick.
