- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Introduce ourselves. Ask the customer few questions about the essue they have with the system. Conduct our own diagnosis. And present the customer with the solutions. And different options to choose in other to fix the problem.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are State Licensed certified EPA certified. Also our experience and expertise is unmatched when it comes to HVAC Repair, service and installation.
