Gerald and his team did an amazing job! They tore down a weight bearing wall in our house which actually sounds a lot easier said than done. Their work was very detail oriented, the mess was well contained and their work space was safe/secured. They are very knowledgeable and did an excellent job with that wall, which made the space look amazing. Would definitely recommend and use again.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    All Thumbtack customers- GLL will contact you first by Thumbtack messages. We ask clients to call the office ( Leave a message if someone does not answer. We run a small office) Also please send photos, drawings/layouts of the project. PLEASE NOTE ALL photos, drawings/layouts must be sent to the company email address posted on the initial response to your request. (Not thumbtack message or by text) When you send this information to the email. The office is notified that you are a new client. The office will contact you to set up an appointment with you. If for some reason the office does not contact you. Please call the office back a second time. Again I am a hands-on contractor and my office stall is small.

    I am a State Certified General Contractor (Florida) CGC1528896. I have over 25 years in both residential and commercial work. New construction and full renovations projects.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

    On this site, 98% of these companies are not State or County-licensed contractors. Always hire a state or county-licensed contractor. You can check their license on your local county contractor's license or state contractor's license search. All licensed contractor must have their license post on their truck, business card, invoice/proposal/contract. or Asked them directly for their license. A city or county business license or a state corporation file # is not a contractor's license.
