- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Customers should know that I fully understand that having photo sessions done can be expensive, so I do my best to provide reasonable quotes to make sure memories are affordably captured.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process for working with any new customer is simple. I connect with them to fully understand what it is they are looking to achieve with their session, answer any questions they have, and make myself available to them leading up to and after the session for talks, questions, etc. It is all about connecting, understanding, and delivering.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
A recent project I am fond of would be any of the surprise sunrise beach proposals I've done in recent weeks. There is so much raw emotion and excitement in those moments and to have the opportunity to witness and capture all of it is humbling! From first contact about the surprise to the delivery of the finished images, the shortest was 1.5 weeks, the longest 3 weeks.
