- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices presented are a flat design fee. I do not charge by the hour.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process is remote. I like to get either on a call or video chat to really dive in and discuss the details of the project so I can ensure we are all on the same page. I will explain the scope of the design and get to work!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have several years' experience working in a showroom where I supplied materials to other design professionals and attended a multitude of product knowledge meetings making me well versed in product selection.
