Chef provided my team and I with an amazing dinner in our home in Miami. From helping me pull together a beautiful menu to the service of his team, it was all easy and professional. They showed up and provided fantastic service with a smile. The meal was well presented and the most important, it was delicious! They didn’t miss anything. The kitchen was spotless when all was said and done. I highly recommend!

Everything was so good that I don't even know where to start with this, so I'll start with the food, which was excellent. Every dish was delicious, well portioned, and presented, with no detail overlooked. Chef Craig, in particular, was all about the details and insisted on perfection with the food and decor. He and his team were also super professional, arrived early for set up and prep and served us through the courses of the meal. And even before the event, Chef Craig was easy to work with and talk to, and always available by phone or text, and helped take my idea and refine it into the perfect event, which was even better than I expected. I would absolutely recommend and use them again for future events. Thanks again Chef Craig!

My prices are set on the high quality service and delectable meals you should expect to receive when you choose me as your personal chef.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When I speak with the client, first I will ask about food allergies or dietary restrictions. Then I would ask about event details and food budget. Then I would work closely with the customer to tailor a menu that is suitable for their needs and that will work for everyone in the party even if there is only one person who is vegan (there is always one, haha).
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated from culinary school in Jamaica. I have also trained with master chefs when i traveled aboard cruise ships and worked in various hotels.
