I was pleasantly surprised by the speed of his response and his immediate action to rectify the issue. The charge was refunded promptly, and Jeff extended a sincere apology, explaining that as a burgeoning company dealing with new software, they had encountered a glitch.During our interactions, both Jeff and the trainee who visited my home maintained a high level of professionalism. The young gentleman in training, in particular, displayed commendable conduct and potential for a successful career in sales.In light of their swift and courteous handling of this situation, I feel it's important to recognize their dedication to customer service. It's easy to be pleasant when business is smooth, but the true test of a company's character is how they manage challenges. Green Core Environmental Services has shown that they value their customers and are committed to integrity.Should the need for their services arise in the future, once our current home renovations are complete, I will consider reaching out to them again. A big thank you to the team for their outstanding customer service and for turning this experience around.Stay safe and informed, and remember, the quality of after-sales support is just as crucial as the initial service.*******Important Community Alert: Exercise Caution with Green Core Environmental Services OffersI want to bring to your attention an experience I recently had with a company named Green Core Environmental Services that prompted me to advise caution.Two representatives from Green Core Environmental Services visited my home while my partner was away. They were offering pest control services, which, under normal circumstances, might have been considered. However, given that we are currently undergoing renovations and construction, I expressed that it wasn't the right time for us to make such a decision. Despite this, they offered to lock in a discounted rate for us, asking for a credit card to secure the offer. They assured me that no charges would be made until we had explicitly agreed to the service and it had been carried out.Unfortunately, despite these assurances, I later discovered an unauthorized charge on my card, followed by an invoice for the servicea service we had decided against and never authorized.I am sharing this experience to urge everyone to be vigilant.Stay safe and informed

The technicians were always great, service calls were fast and prices were fair. Each star came down per incident; it’s near impossible to get booked for a service call. I’m new in town and was searching for pest control. It made sense to me that it be from local businesses however, by local it must be central Florida because I have to coordinate when the techs are “in town” and sometimes it doesn’t work out for weeks on our schedule. This past time, I’ve reached out 3 times with no response. I’ve been with them only a short amount of time but for me the chase isn’t worth it.

Our Condo Association recently contracted with Greencore because of their timely and prompt responses to our needs and requests. We found them to be genuinely interested and capable of providing their service to our satisfaction. Called for german roaches. I tried to bug bomb myself, but it seemed like it did nothing. They had sent someone out the same day. It's much cheaper than some of the more popular ones like Orkin. The technician was knowledgeable, quick, and efficient. They didn't try to upsell me on services I didn't need, which was nice. Found only dead roaches after about a week. No roaches after a couple of weeks.
