We had several soffits blown out and Facia from hurricane Milton also noticed a small leak in our lanai we contacted ultra home improvement great customer service. They immediately scheduled us in for the same day. They were not working too far away from my area, which was a true blessing. They came out. Gave us a free estimate. We’d love the price they got started right away, repairing and replacing my soffits that were missing. They also replaced the facia and used silicone and screws to make sure it was locked in. They even checked the rest of my soffits and facia just to make sure they also replaced the old rusted screws and install new metal screws and sealed the metal screws on my lanai which I was totally for it there was also an old satellite dish that was not working. They even removed that and seal the areas would not hesitate to call them again for future projects. They are my new go to and will highly recommend them they are painting my mom‘s all of the exterior Thank you so much Jonathan

God bless this company. What an amazing experience very professional and kind came out right away. Same day had a roof leak above my garage area. We noticed some staining on the ceiling. They came right out. They did a drone video which was really cool and super clear they showed us. It was just a flashing And it needed to be sealed they gave us an estimate right away, and we gave them to go ahead. They immediately started to seal all of the flashing areas. They even sealed some lifting shingles and sealed around my vent pipes couldn’t be any happier not too long later it started to rain and there was not one drop we was very impressed. They also took care of the stain of the ceiling as well. Highly recommend they also do other services as well. I will definitely be recommending them to my friends, family and neighbors. Thank you guys.

We wanted to update the exterior of our home and we was working with a certain budget because we had other expenses that came out of nowhere. We contacted ultra modern home improvement. They came out and worked with our budget. We told them the colors that we were going for and what was amazing and refreshing. They listen to everything that we want to get done and they did not cut any corners. They gave us a price and we was extremely happy that they was able to work with our budget. They started right away. They did a soft wash to the entire house. They sealed around all the windows And hairline cracks. They even did some waterproofing in the foundation areas. Then they immediately started prepping and hand rolling and spraying the entire house everything came out amazing. They even upgraded our lights to LED just to give everything that updated look Our house is like the gem on the block they are in contact with several of our neighbors. We highly recommend them. Thank you so much guys truly an amazing experience
