I came to Sebastian with two companies that I messed up incorporating. I wanted to close those companies and open a new one. I was paying taxes on the two previous companies but doing it incorrectly and thus I faced significant fines. He straightened everything out and even with the fines, they were minimal, only $39.24 verses the $5,240 it looked like I was exposed to. He set up the new company and it's been going so well, I now have him do my books on a monthly basis. It's inexpensive and so well worth it giving me time to concentrate on growing my business.
