- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every Job is different and there is no standard pricing or a "Going Rate" for work in the construction industry. Every Job is different and will come with its own challenges. We strive to make sure every estimate is as accurate as possible to what the project will actually take to complete. A free in person estimate is the easiest was to guarantee accurate pricing and so I can go over our process.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After the initial consultations over the phone discussing the project and giving a range in pricing for the described scope of work if a customer would like to proceed I will schedule a free in person estimate where I will explain further our process and give you a fully broken down estimate detailing the entire scope of work to be completed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I began working in the trades straight out of High School. I went to St. Petersburg College and have an AA in business Administration. I worked for a Custom Home Builder in Tampa for a number of years learning the ins and outs of all things New Construction and Remodeling.
