Wow!!! Let me start by saying Alex is absolutely amazing to work with. I am a landlord with a Condo in the Clearwater area, and have had issues with my AC unit every year. My tenants are moving out so I have decided to contact Alex to have him check on the AC unit, because my tenants mentioned that there was a little leak that was damaging the ceiling. Alex was extremely responsive, punctual, and very accommodating to my tenants schedules. He went out to the property and fixed the leak rather quickly. He also inspected the unit and did some diagnostics to make sure nothing else was wrong.
He contacted me the very next day letting me know that he was able to fix the leak, and that everything else looked great. I asked Alex what I owed him for the work, and he said "Nothing"... Confused that I misheard him, I repeated myself and he again said "Nothing". He said that it was a very quick and easy fix and that he wouldn't feel right charging me for it...!!!! Wow!!! I have Never, and I mean NEVER, had an HVAC person not charge me for doing "a little work", no matter how small the fix. Needless to say I told Alex that I would like to have him as my go to AC guy for the future, and of course he was very humble and thanked me for contacting him.
I've been through a number of different HVAC companies, and this is my first great experience. It is nice to finally feel like I have found someone who is willing to help and be absolutely honest with me, instead of charging me an arm and a leg for a fix that didn't work. Save yourself the trouble and hire Alex to take care of your HVAC issues.

My HVAC unit coils were freezing for about 2wks and then it completely stopped blowing cold air all together. Alex came to the rescue and took his time checking everything indoors 1st, invited me to join him outside to explain to me what he was doing, he checked the round capacitor 1st and that was the problem, it was bad and it burned out. He also checked the levels of freon and it was low so he filled it up. He explained everything thoroughly and answered all my questions. Very, very professional and competitive rates. I highly recommend Alex A/C!
