Sewer pipe was completely clogged and no one could find a clean out outside the house. I ran a snake and pulled out roots from the sewer pipe. Sewer pipe had to be broken since I pulled roots out. I needed someone with a sewer camera and to show exact location where sewer pipe broke. I’ve contacted multiple big plumbing companies and response time was terrible. They wanted to come to clean the pipe before bringing a camera. Said they can only tell me if pipe was broken but wouldn’t show exact location. The fee they wanted to charge was outrageous. Alpha 24 Plumbing responded within seconds of me submitting the request. They arrived in under 30 minutes. Ran the sewer camera and found clean out and broken pipe in under 5 minutes. Fastest and best plumbing job I’ve ever seen.
