We are fully licensed and insured. License number and/or health inspection report available upon request. Liability insurance provides coverage up to 2 million dollars. Businesses can request to be added as AI.
For catering events, we require a minimum charge of $500 to set up, which would cover about 50 people at $10/person.
Other events may not require a minimum if the projected guest numbers are adequate. A good rule of thumb is 50 to 100 orders for two hours of service time, or 150 for up to 8 hours.
