My pricing included prep work, labour, and travel and with discounts when available
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with new customers, i first like to find out what their needs are first and if I’m the right person for the job. From there I have them share their vision via call text or email ( which ever is easiest for client). I get back to clients with pricing and if comfortable, a contract is sent over and signed then payment is collected and a menu is sent
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a self taught chef. My professors were and still are hard work, constructive criticism and consistency. Currently I have my safe serv certification and my food handler permit both up to date.
