- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I currently offer digital packages with the ability to either print on your own or purchase professional quality prints off an online gallery.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will first do a discovery call to find out your needs for the shoot and try to come up with a vision for how the images will look. If it's a wedding we will go over the "must have" shots and the details (Is there a first look? Etc). For portraits or headshots, we will decide the style of photography you are looking for and discuss what you should wear. I may ask you to screenshot some different poses that connect with you. For event photography I will need to know how you plan to use the photos? When they need to be delivered? What is the event agenda? What are the important shots?
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a BA in Radio/TV broadcast and was a photog for several different news stations.
