- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once I have the address of the property to be surveyed I always perform some preliminary evaluations of the property online. All surveys are not created equal. My quotes are based on the individual needs of the client coupled with the specific information available for each survey. I keep my clients informed as the survey progresses via phone, text, or email. I am quick to respond and easy to reach. Communication and prompt professional service are two of the reasons I have so many positive reviews on multiple venues.

I perform residential surveys exclusively. Boundary Surveys, Mortgage Surveys, and Elevation Certificates are the most popular surveys I provide.
