I recently contracted Blue Water Const. to repair my privacy fence and build an addition to my deck. Ben was very punctual when we scheduled an estimate and even more impressive was his arrival every morning at the same time for the four days he worked on my house and yard; which is imperative due to the strict adherence of my HOA noise ordinance laws in my hood, and not an easy task when hiring an independent cont. Ben & his Blue Water crew are very dependable and the craftsmanship that was put into my decking and fence is unmatched by even the larger chain home improvement company's. I must say thank you again to Ben Richards and the entire Blue Water Construction crew for the fantastic work and would recommend to anyone in need of home improvements or new ideas to contact this company and get work done that your Grandpa would be impressed with!

Nothing could have went better. I had 58 shrubs and trees removed and a 1.5 acre privacy fence erected. Could not be happier. By far the best price. Professional and courteous. Highly recommended!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes I do. My standard pricing system is by the sq. ft. for a deck, ln. ft. for Privacy Fence, Interior Trim, Base Boards, and Crown Molding. Estimated man Hr. for Dirt and tractor work, tree cutting and trimming, etc...
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Even with a new customer the Project is still the same. We will build the product the best we can with Pride and our best Craftmanship. We will do what it takes to please the customer anf make them happy.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 24+yrs of experience in the construction industry.
