- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Since my initial certification exam, I have completed an additional 200 hours of ongoing certifications. . This helps to stay current on the newest fitness information and trends, in addition to keeping my skill set fresh. Some of the additional certifications I hold include: Pilates, Barre, Biodensity, Powerplate Training, Advanced Swiss ball training, and Senior fitness, Golf fitness. Our studio offers, Tai Chi, Chair Yoga, yoga Pilates fusion, golf fitness program, Zumba Gold, Jitterbug, Strength and Balance and more!
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I work with adults aged 50+ , I enjoy seeing people who are serious about making healthy lifestyle changes but may be confused about where to begin. Often times they are people who have had injuries in the past and are afraid to re-injure themselves. I enjoy helping them get stronger than they ever thought possible, reducing and even eliminating pain once and for all!
