- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I pride myself on providing honest and accurate pricing. If any unexpected issues arise during the project, I'll discuss them with you and agree on a solution before proceeding. If you request changes to the project after we've agreed on the scope and pricing, I'll provide an updated estimate that reflects the additional work or materials. Typically, I require a deposit before starting work, with the balance due upon completion. I accept various payment methods for your convenience.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Initial Contact: I start by getting to know the customer's needs through an initial phone call, email, or in-person meeting. This helps me understand the scope of work and what they're looking for. 2. Assessment and Estimate: Next, I schedule a visit to the site to assess the work required. I take measurements, evaluate the complexity, and discuss any specific requirements or preferences with the customer. Based on this information, I provide a detailed estimate, including costs and timelines. 3. Agreement and Scheduling: If the customer agrees to the estimate, we set a schedule for the work to be completed. I ensure it's convenient for the customer and works within my availability. 4. Preparation and Materials: Before starting the job, I make sure I have all the necessary materials and tools. I also prepare a detailed plan to ensure the work is done efficiently and to a high standard. 5. Execution: On the scheduled day(s), I arrive on time and carry out the work as agreed. I strive to maintain a clean and organized workspace, minimizing disruption to the customer's routine. 6. Quality Check and Feedback: After the work is completed, I conduct a thorough quality check to ensure everything meets the customer's expectations. I also encourage feedback to ensure they're satisfied with the results and to identify any areas for improvement. 7. Follow-Up: Finally, I follow up with the customer a few days later to ensure everything is still satisfactory and to address any questions or concerns.
