When our team arrived, they found that you were not fully prepared—critical hardware for your shutters was missing, making it impossible for us to install everything as intended. We also want to remind you that our minimum service charge during storm conditions is necessary, as we prioritize families who are properly prepared and ready for assistance. Despite these obstacles, you approved all estimates before we started the job. Frankly, our employees felt uncomfortable due to your aggressive behavior over the phone. Under normal circumstances, we wouldn’t have taken on this job. However, we still made the effort to help, despite the added stress and complications.
