- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once you request a quote on either thumbtack or our website, we will be in contact that same day, if it’s within business hours. After that, Dylan, the owner of Cutting Edge Contractors will plan a time and date to meet with you, and take a look at the project you need done! Within 24 hours you’ll receive a quote via email & text, which you can accept or decline. If accepted, we will talk about what dates will work to get the project completed. The final step after this , is signing a form through DocuSign, and then relax knowing you hired the best!
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
We can do almost any project! We have a very strong team , that loves what they do. Remodeling kitchens and bathrooms is the heart of our company, and we always love seeing the complete transformation a new kitchen can do to a home.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
We are a one-stop-shop for anyone. We provide high quality work, for an affordable price. We do it right, the first time. Some people may be cheaper than us, but we will always uphold our promise to our community to do the very best work, for the best price possible.
