- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Each project is an investment of time, creativity, and attention to detail...far beyond the day of the shoot. My pricing reflects the full scope of work, including the hours of meticulous editing that follow, the distance traveled, and the customized approach for each session. I also consider the number of images, the people involved, and the high-quality equipment and software I use to capture and enhance your photos. Let's connect!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I believe in thorough communication from the start, so we’ll go over all the details, location, expectations, and pricing, before the shoot. I love connecting with clients, whether through a call or an in-person meeting, as it helps me fully understand your vision and ensure we're aligned for a successful session. On the day of the shoot/wedding, I make it a priority to arrive early and well-prepared, so we can scout the best spots and finalize any last-minute details. A 50% deposit is required for shoots or events booked in advance to secure the date. Also a simple agreement to make sure both parties are happy. After the shoot, I typically deliver edits within a few days to a week, depending on the scope. For weddings, I aim to send the finished gallery within two weeks to a month. You’ll receive your images through a beautiful, easy-to-navigate online gallery, perfect for downloading, sharing, or even purchasing prints. We can also create custom photo books!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a self-taught photographer with additional one-on-one training from experienced professionals. My background as a model gives me a unique insight into both sides of the camera, allowing me to guide clients confidently and help them feel comfortable during shoots. This ensures the best possible results in every session. I am constantly evolving in my craft by taking online courses and engaging in hands-on practice to stay current with industry trends and techniques. I also edit daily, refining my skills and keeping my creative edge sharp. Continued education is key to my growth, enabling me to deliver even better results and fresh ideas for every project.
