- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The consultation fee covers the trip to your location and diagnostic of your appliance. If you proceed with the repair the consultation fee is waved and you only pay for parts and labor necessary fix your system.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by making sure we understand the problem the customer is experiencing with the appliance. Then we make sure we collect important information about the appliance, such as make, model number, and serial number. This helps us locate service manuals and parts, and to formulate an optimal repair strategy.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm a machine automation engineer with vast experience in electronics, robotics, mechanics, computer networking, and technology in general. I hold an EPA Universal Refrigeration registration and I'm constantly involved in training on new appliance technology with the major appliance manufactures. My approach to problem solving is methodical and ALWAYS based on good documentation
