- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer value pricing that is shown and agreed upon before any work starts. We believe in sticking to that budget and never change pricing unless the job itself has changed. We offer senior and military discounts.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Set an appointment, make a home visit to thoroughly examine the project taking time to make sure the client knows and understands all possible options for a solution to their problems and needs. Once an option has been selected by the client, it is our goal to complete the project as quickly and efficiently as possible making sure our client is 100% satisfied with the results.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Years of plumbing experience, water quality training to specialist level, Tankless and conventional water heater training from all top manufacturers. Trained in all aspects of plumbing service and replacements.
