Growing up as a World level figure skater in Montreal Quebec, staying fit , healthy and motivated has always been a part of my life.
After coaching competitive athletes for the past decade, I have been able to pass on my knowledge and instill a sense of hard work and accomplishment in them.
Throughout my journey I discovered Yoga. Yoga has transformed my body, mind and soul. It is for those very reasons that I have now decided to pass on the benefits yoga/fitness can offer everyone .
Helping people, of all walks of life, getting both mentally and physically stronger, is my passion.
I provide customized fitness and yoga instruction which caters to each individual’s needs.
I work with everyone from beginners, to athletes of all levels, groups, sports teams, special events and beach fitness.
I work throughout the South Florida area as well as abroad (via Zoom)
It would be my pleasure to share my passion and knowledge in order for you to meet all of your goals and to live what is truly possible for your life.

Christa was exactly what we needed on a Saturday morning. She came to a bachelorette party, provided all of the equipment, arrived early to set up, read the room and lead the perfect yoga session for the group. Great value and great experience, everyone raved about how much they enjoyed it after she left. Will definitely hire her again!

Christa was amazing! She instructed 11 of us girls for my sisters Bachelorette party. She was right on time, adjusted the practice for the needs of the group and made the bride feel so special! It was perfect:)

Christa has met and exceeded my expectations. I do twice weekly full body workouts from home. She is communicative, professional and pushes me to meet my goals. I have seen significant progress in my muscle tone and strength in a short period of time. She is personable and very motivational. I would recommend her to anyone seeking a personal trainer at home. While I don’t do yoga with her she incorporates yoga for mobility and it has helped with my flexibility. Highly recommend!!!

Christa is the absolute best! As soon as I texted christa she responded to me almost immediately, we got together so that we could set goals and come up with an appropriate workout plan and started working together within a mater of 2 days! She pushes me to be my absolute best! I can see a huge difference in myself in a matter of 2 weeks! I am an athlete and she’s helped me better myself in my sport and competition in ways I couldn’t imagine! The BEST of the best, 10/10 highly recommend!

Being a first timer, I was nervous about trying yoga. Christa quickly made me feel very comfortable. She’s an excellent teacher and knows exactly when and how to push me. I leave every session completely relaxed and knowing a little bit more about yoga, and my body. I highly recommend her!!!
