Immediately identify all of the details of the event/party and needs of the client. Build a good rapport with client to gain their confidence in my services.

Nearly 10 years of experience in wait staff & bartending. I also have a good background in food assembly/preparation (platters, charcuterie boards). Also, as an insurance defense paralegal for nearly 30 years, I am very comfortable interacting and communicating with people on a most professional level.
