Very quick and responsive contractor. Marcos gave me an estimate a been able to schedule a visit next week. He replaced all cracked tiles on the roof and found a rotten board under the one of cracked tiles. Marcos notified me and suggested to replace with new board and insulation. He did everything in half a day. Very responsible and professional guy.

I was very pleased with the out come of the roof repair. Marcos went out of his way to make sure I was happy with the results. Once he completed the project I checked it and gave him the ok. A couple of days later I noticed some items that I wished would have been done and Marcos came back and completed these items with no charge and no complaints. He stood behind his work and in todays work environment that is very rare. When you hire someone to work on your home it is important that you have someone that is not only gives you a good price and shows up but they stand behind their work, he even warranty the repairs for 1 year. I will use him again !
