Harry and his team did an awesome job installing 10 Swann securitycameras to the exterior of my single family, one story house. They also installed a POE switch up in the attic above the garage where I can easily access the switch (by pull down ladder) if I should need to reset (unplug) a camera. They ran cat 5e cables throughout my attic crawl space, to each camera, so that I don't see any cables on the exterior of the house. The Swann NVR, I had already set up in my bedroom's Armor, and I connected it to a 19" wide-screen monitor. After everything was installed, these guys went around to each camera and set the view to my liking while I viewed everything on the monitor's screen, and drove the mouse.
For about 2 months before the install, I had been testing 4 of the cameras throughout my home to see if I liked the Swann brand and so far so good. And because I was testing this system, I was able to assist in some of the set up towards the end of the install, as previously mentioned.
The only small bad thing was that one of his guys broke one of my outdoor lights as he was installing one of the cameras, BUT, Harry did good and bought a box of stakes so that I can fix it, which shows he cares about his customers. So everything worked out well and so far, I'm happy with everything.
I also want to point out, any questions I had about the install (before, during and after) Harry was able to answer and explain things in terms I would understand, and with me being tech savvy, I understood everything. He helped me decide how many cameras I would need based on the areas I wanted them to cover.
In the future, and when the time comes, I intend on installing 5-6 more cameras to the interior of my home and will be calling him for the job. I would definitely recommend him and his crew and I'm glad I picked his company for this job.
Oh PS: Everything passed the City of Boynton's permit inspection!
Oh PSS: The first week after everything was installed, I caught my first criminal! A neighbor 2 doors down from me had their BBQ grill stolen off their back patio by a lawn service guy. I caught the idiot on one of my cameras dragging it into the back of his trailer where he has his lawn equipment. She gave the video, that I put together, to the police and a week later she got her $300 grill back! I got a bottle of Skky vodka for that one!
