That means you don't have to push any buttons to get to the right department or worry about when your project will be scheduled. What I love most about my job is the gratification I get when I see the look on the customers face and how happy they are on a job well done! I reached out to Van Cott flooring because of the good reviews I saw here. I needed to replace old carpeting for a house that I recently purchased. He was worth it. He responded quickly to my request came out to my house and did his measurement and he brought carpet samples that I could choose from. He sent me two estimates within a few hours and I immediately paid my 50% deposit. His prices was very reasonable and I am pleased with how neat his work is. He kept me informed every step of the way and he was very professional. I will definitely recommend him to anyone. I am planning to renovate my bathroom and he did those measurements for free and I will be reaching out to him to do that for me in the near future. It took him 2 days to remove the old smelly carpet and put in the new one. I am super pleased. 10 out of 10.

Rob is very professional and nice. His communication is good as well. I was looking for a carpet that is close to colors I currently have and he brought great samples. He also sent me the estimate when he said it would be sent, and let me know when he would be available handle it.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The price all depends on what type of floor is being installed. Ie, carpet, tile, laminate or linoleum. My prices (materials NOT included): - Carpet installation is $0.60 per square ft. - Luxury vinyl tile and laminate is $2.25 per square ft. - Tile depends on the job, we will need to schedule a free on site estimate to give an exact price.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically, I'll go to the customers home to get an idea if what the customer is looking for, provide suggestions and get measurements of the areas for the new floor
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I stay updated by reading all the floor covering periodicals to compare installation Ideas to see what works best
