- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices are pretty simple. If a customer hires me that lives in my immediate association, I give a discount, as I don't need to drive to their home. I offer an 8 mile radius, based on these fees. 15 minute visit $15 30 minutes $20 45 minutes $25 60 minutes $30, based on my availability. Overnights are customized, based on needs, but start at $60/night, in your home.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Obviously, as a Petsitter, we need to meet & greet with the owners and the pets, for everyone's sake. This is a free service. It puts everyone at ease. I, myself, would never want someone in my home, and handling my animal, if I've never met them.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have an Associate Degree in business, and I have a lifetime of loving and caring for dogs and cats, as well as raising 3 children, whom are all grown and on their own.
