The technician communicated with me and came when he said he was going to be here. To speed up the repair, he even went to Home Depot to see if they had the part. He also called the following day to verify if there were any issues, which I appreciated very much. I would definitely recommend him.

Jeff was very professional and courteous and punctual. We needed help with a window unit repair. Jeff did a very good job.
