I would be calling them for all future projects. They are extremely professional and hard workers. They were able to discover where the roots where growing in the main drain and did a full job that took hours. They were fair with the price and went above and beyond to help us with this difficult problem. Jon kept me informed of every step and was able to take pictures and videos of everything. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically we send a technician out first to physically see the issue at no cost and then we offer free estimates. We don’t ever want to bait and switch anyone with really low prices over the phone and much higher prices when we get there.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Currently our company holds 8 different types of state licenses That pertain to our line of work. Continuing education keeps us up to date with new materials and designs.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I am a third generation plumber.
