- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically we send a technician out first to physically see the issue at no cost and then we offer free estimates. We don’t ever want to bait and switch anyone with really low prices over the phone and much higher prices when we get there.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Currently our company holds 8 different types of state licenses That pertain to our line of work. Continuing education keeps us up to date with new materials and designs.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I am a third generation plumber.
