- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once starting to work with a new customer is is typical for us to request all vital information in regards to the service that is being asked for in order to schedule and prepare the job. Once we have successfully done so all that is left to do is the actual work and ensuring that you (our client) is happy and satisfied with the work provided.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
PJ Mechanical comes from a multigenerational plumbing family, with more than a combined 50 years of experience in the industry we have done it all, from residential homes to high-rise buildings, to commercial and industrial job sites. We are prepared with knowledge to serve our community!
