- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer a maintenance membership that discounts parts and labor by 20%! Even without a membership our prices are on the lower end of todays AC pricing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It depends on the customer. No two customers are exactly the same so we like to listen to what the customer wants and fix the system accordingly.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We offer our technicians schools to attend, daily workshops and in house training as well.
