- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I’m happy as a business owner to work with Lin budgets , I don’t include tips as this is preferred at final payment but never expected. As it should be left to the consumers as an appreciating gesture of gratitude.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I’ll ask about allergies and intolerances then build menus custom for all my clients ensuring to cost the menu asap to accommodate and allow for deposits to be paid in time prior to the event. We exchange messages or emails and work diligently to keep open lines of communication with my clients.
