- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My standard pricing for catered events start at $25 per person. I like to work with my clients and create something that works for them and fits within their vision budget and vision for a memorable event.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was trained by an Italian chef who owned a restaurant in England I also worked for 3 star Michelin Chef Tom Sellers and his Sous Chef who worked for Celebrity Chef Gordon Ramsey I am continually training and taking classes to improve my skills.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have had a passion for cooking since I was just knee high. My Mum would have me in the kitchen with her helping and teaching me techniques and recipies from her favorite cook book by Julia Childs. I then developed my own style and cooked whenever I could. I catered my first event at age 16 which was a graduation party for a classmate. From there the rest is history.
