- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am fully insured, I take much pride in the quality of what I do and provide excellent communication and customer service while always striving to exceed expectations, and this is reflected in my pricing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Speak with the client, understand expectations, set a price , get approval,schedule time and day for work performed, and communicate thoroughly through the entire process.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a combined total of 18 years of experience between construction, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and maintenance.
