Retex did a fabulous job on our roof. We have a unique roof, with a steep pitch. They didn't hesitate and had the roof removed and replaced in one day. I highly recommend this company. Great prices, too! No regrets hiring this company.

We suspected a roof leak due to a spot appearing on our 2nd story ceiling. We had not been provided with information regarding our roof installation, so we googled metal roof repairs and found Retex. Our technician, Wes, arrived on time and was very polite and knowledgeable. He immediately suspected that it may not be a roofing issue, but squeezed his way into our pitch black attic and used his phones flashlight to follow the sound of my husband tapping on the ceiling to locate the issue. He returned from the attic with photos of a pipe that had a small leak which needed to be addressed by a plumber. He texted us the photos so we would have them to provide as we moved forward with a plumbing company. My husband and I both felt that Wes was a superior technician and were very impressed with his willingness to investigate the situation so thoroughly despite it being a challenge. We had a backup appointment with a competitor scheduled which we ended up canceling. Although it didnt end up being a roofing issue, we will definitely recommend and personally use Retex for any future roofing needs thanks to Wes.
