- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer fair pricing for exceptional, professional service. Pricing will be discussed with client prior to service. Number of pets needing care, type of care and travel time to client will be considered prior to service quote.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My desire is to provide excellent service that exceeds my clients expectations. Prior to service, I discuss client needs over the phone and then set up a "meet and greet." At this time we will have the opportunity to meet in person to see if we are a good match. Many of my clients become long term, happy, repeat customers. My goal is that will happen for you as well.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am an educator who loves working with pets and people. While I have been a kindergarten teacher for many years, I have also been watching and caring for client's pets. I am now providing pet care full time and love it! I'd love to meet and service you.
