My pricing is flexible and affordable. I will work within any budget, while providing you with a variety of delicious food choices.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is to build a relationship with the customer. Our contact starts via phone or email and once established scheduling begins followed by a catering proposal for the event. It is our promise to give beyond the best service that we can provide!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a family/self taught cook, that has a specialty in preparing southern cuisine. I currently work full time as a Catering Manager for a University, and have hands on experience in food safety and preparation.
