- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge hourly and can support you as little or as much as you need and want. I also offer various add-on services such as shopping and donation haul-away. All my prices are shown up front in a transparent way; there will never be any hidden charges on an invoice.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I begin all projects with a free 30-minute consultation, where I’ll ask questions about your project(s), your ideal outcomes/goals, and how you currently function in the space. From there we’ll put together a game plan and figure out a path forward for your specific project(s)!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Prior to starting The Organizing Boss, I was in the corporate and nonprofit spaces for 18 years. All of my prior professional experience was in roles that required meticulous attention to detail and the ability to follow timelines and stay organized. I’ve also always been an organized person, so now I combine my experience and my innate and acquired skills to help folks get and stay organized.
