- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I will offer services based on my hourly rate and offer packages depending on your needs! Packages tend to be a most cost effective route for most clients. My full package information can be viewed on my website! If you do not see a package that fits your needs, please reach out and I would be happy to tailor one just for you!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I have every client fill out a Client Intake Form which gives me more information about their project, their goals, obstacles that have affected them, and their design preferences. I also offer a FREE video consultation where I can answer any questions you might have for me and gather any other information I might need. How long a session takes depends on the clients needs, the size of the space, the amount of items in the space, and the client's involvement in the project.

My clients come from all walks of life! Whether you are a busy mom who needs help taming and tidying, a young professional setting up your first apartment, a small business owner whose supply closet is unmanageable, or someone who needs to upgrade their work from home office (and find that paper your boss asked for last week...). No matter your background, we are here to find you solutions and systems that improve your quality of life. Aileen also has extensive experience working with the neurodivergent community and has used her skills to help clients with ADHD/ADD, ASD/Autism, OCD, Anxiety, Depression, and more.
