- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We work with clients in a few different ways so we can accommodate different budgets. For our full service design, our clients typically have furnishing and project budgets beginning at $50,000. Outside of full service design, we charge an hourly fee of $150/hr. for our design services and you’ll know the estimated hours upfront at the time we start your project. Our design fees begin at $2,500.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically we would schedule a 20 minute discovery call to talk about your needs for you project. If it is a good fit, we would then schedule a consultation to dig a littler deeper. At that point, we will review the Design Process. Every project is unique and we’ll provide an estimated timeline in your proposal. The design phase takes anywhere from 2-4 weeks or a few months depending on the scope. A typical furnishing project takes about 4-8 weeks from start to finish, and a renovation or build project can take a year or more. We recommend securing a designer a few months in advance of any upcoming deadlines.
