Do not use this contractor. He is deceptive and totally fucked up my home improvement project. He cut corners removed an electric source (not part of the contract) and used the electrical box for another part of the job. I found this out after I fired him and hired another contract. Additionally, he double charges for additional work to pay his subcontractor who did all the work!!! His deceptive dealings have cost me a lot of additional $$$$ to complete the project.
