With experience, creative vision, training, and down-to-earth approach I work with my clients showcasing their personality, style, and specific needs specializing in Interior Redesign and Home Staging. When redesigning, while there are some basic rules for design, my objective is to tap into your own vision and translate that into a livable design for your home and family. I simply share my recommendations, my eye for color, layout, balance and room functionality and bring your vision to life. Prior to launching my consulting business, JL Redesign LLC., I held a Real Estate license for several years with the state of Connecticut. It is then when I realized I can take my passion for homes while utilizing my creative talents and innate design sensibilities and specialize in interior redesign and home staging. Now, with over 10 years of experience including attending the School of Interior Redesign, I look forward to getting to know you and help you re-imagine your home with livable designs for life.

Janet was a great help to me with a recent project in my second home. She was always punctual and well prepared for every meeting. I worked with Janet when I listed my house in Fairfield. Within the weekend we had multiple offers and my agent credited the staging for the overwhelming response. Flat rate of $400 per room. If multiple rooms, will discuss cost.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to start of with a brief phone call to understand clients needs and scope. Following this, we will have a more in depth conversation as we discuss the specific requirements, overall vision, and desired result for the project. Upon finalizing the budget and timeline, I will send over the proposal for the Scope/Statement of Work to client.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
