- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based on what we are doing, ie. mounting tv, concealing wires inside the wall, adding an outlet behind the tv, supplying the materials such as mounts, in wall rated hdmi cables, etc.. If you are Instant Booking and the appointment is cancelled for any reason we reserve the right to charge you the $50 booking fee. We match pricing from licensed companies but will not match unlicensed people who give low ball pricing. There is a reason why others charge less, we have pictures to prove it. Sadly
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We ask a few questions in order to give the most accurate up front price. 1. What size tv? 2. What type of wall? ie. Brick, Masonry, Plaster, Drywall, Metal Studs, Wood Studs, etc.. 3. Do you have a bracket or need one? If you need one, what type - flat/tilt or articulating full motion? 4. Do you have all wires or need them? I will ask for a photo of wall to be mounted on. Once I have the information needed I can give them an exact fixed price. I hate up sells and overage charges. I like upfront pricing. I never leave a job until a customer is 100% satisfied.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our licensed and insured contractor comes with over 25 years in the construction industry. In addition to being master carpenter, we are always keeping up to date in the latest in AV and Technology. Every year things changes so quickly we pride ourselves in keeping up with the trends before they become trends.
