We had Ideal replace the seal under our toilet. He communicated timely, including letting us know when we has head to our home. He was friendly, efficient, respectful, and completed the job quickly. He was even nice enough to take a look at another problem we had and was willing and able to fix it while he was here! Above and beyond.

Ideal was everything you want in a plumber: responsive, transparent, professional, knowledgeable, skilled, and at a great price point compared to other quotes I received on the same project. We hired him to install two faucets and two garbage disposals, and when he found that one of our under-sink valves was broken he ran to Home Depot to grab a replacement and replaced it at no additional cost! Definitely would work with him again.
