We had Ideal replace the seal under our toilet. He communicated timely, including letting us know when we has head to our home. He was friendly, efficient, respectful, and completed the job quickly. He was even nice enough to take a look at another problem we had and was willing and able to fix it while he was here! Above and beyond.
