Hired CN for a yellow jacket removal. They made a nest under my siding so he wasn’t going to be able to remove the nest but he sprayed and dusted them pretty good. The hive is pretty much done. So he did really well with that. They found an entry point into my basement so he sprayed really well and dusted down there as well. However, part of the service that was agreed upon was removal and the closing of any gaps/entry points. He did neither of those things. He handed me a can of foam sealant which I could’ve easily bought myself, I paid him to handle this and now of course I have part of the hive near the entry point and I don’t know the first thing about handling this. I paid for a complete removal and stop gap and while there’s nothing he could do about the outside, the basement part of the hive he could’ve gotten rid of. Update: Christian responded promptly and went above and beyond to correct this situation. He closed all gaps, removed the hive and even cleaned the whole area up. I would absolutely hire him again if warranted.
